Wednesday, May 30, 2007 - Interior construction firm Aragon Construction is acting as its own client, as the company transforms the entire ninth floor of the Metropolitan Tower at 142 West 57th Street, for its new corporate offices. The company has outgrown its current office at 49 West 27th Street and will be doubling the space, having leased the entire ninth floor of 12,213 sf. The company expects to relocate in late June.

Aragon’s new office will be a showcase for potential clients to come and see its work through the demonstration of various options accommodating a range of budgets. Flooring types, walls and doors of various materials in wide array of finishes will be located throughout the sleek and contemporary space.

The 78-story, black glass Metropolitan Tower was built in 1986 and is owned and managed by L&L Acquisitions. It features 18 stories of commercial office space at 259,808 square feet, 3,241 square feet of street level retail and 49 stories of residential condominiums. Aragon Construction, represented by Joe Fabrizi of Cushman & Wakefield, signed a six-year lease for its new office space after more than a year of searching for the perfect showcase for its talents.
